Four Easy Steps for Custom Made Frames To place an order for a custom made wood frame simply follow these four steps from any of the Custom Product Details pages. 1.) Find a wood frame you like, then a size and price of frame you're wanting. If you don't see a wood frame or size that fits your needs then you'll have to send an inquiry asking for what you're needing. 2.) If there is a size you like then simply use the pull down options to select the size and quantity needed. If you need more than four (4) of any one frame, please contact me or call for time and other considerations. 3.) Now select your wood frame options using the drop-down menus available to make your selections. Selections will vary depending on the style of wood frame you are selecting. 4.) The final step is to click on the "Buy Now" button to add the wood frame to your basket. You'll immediately be taken to your shopping cart which will show you the details of the choices you made along with the total price and shipping fees. You'll have the choice to check out or continue shopping when in the shopping cart. In-Stock Frames To place an order for an in-stock item, simply find the item you want and click on the "Buy Now" button and you'll immediately be taken to the Shopping Cart to complete your order. COMING IN THE FALL OF 2008 - Ready-made frames which are common sized frames (5x7, 8x10, 11x14, etc) already assembled sitting in stock but not completely finished. This will allow you to pick the color and maybe the choice of corner pegs, but the product will ship within 10 days rather than the fifteen to twenty days for a custom-made frame. SHIPPING There are three choices of shipping you can choose from, Standard, Express, and Overnight. Shipping prices will change respectively based on the choice made within the shopping cart. Standard is four to five business days. Express is three day delivery. Next Day means product is shipped for next day delivery.. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for product to ship for custom product orders and 48 hours for in-stock products unless otherwise indicated. When inquiring please include the product number that you're referencing along with the details such as what is being framed (mirror, paper media, canvas art, etc.) the size of the content needing framed, stain color, and frame orientation if applicable. SPECIAL CUSTOM ORDERS Any requested items not listed or items altered under any products or gallery page is considered a special order custom order. Special Custom Orders are normally not affected by current specials or discounts unless prior considerations have been discussed. Special custom order sales are final and returns based on measurements and design details are not accepted and nonrefundable. All special custom orders are final upon your acceptance of measurements and design details. BEST PRACTICE: Always double check your measurements and design details prior to accepting the final pricing of any special custom order. FRAME INCLUSIONS/EXCLUSIONS

include backing and mounting hardware to hold your artwork and backing

Upon receipt, if a product isn't what you thought it'd be, then simply return the item and it'll gladly be replaced with another item of the same value or return your money.
